Limited Liability Partnership “Republican Academy for Technical Regulation, Standardization, Certification and Metrology” (hereinafter – the Academy) was established in 2018. In accordance with its Charter, it provides training, retraining, and advanced professional development for specialists, expert-auditors, internal auditors, and technical experts in the field of technical regulation; conformity assessment of management systems (quality, environmental, occupational health and safety, social responsibility, energy management, etc.), personnel, products and services; accreditation; metrology; determination of country of origin of goods, and more.

Our teaching staff consists of expert-auditors of the State System of Technical Regulation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and technical experts of the Republic of Kazakhstan. To date, we have trained more than 6,000 expert-auditors, internal auditors, specialists, and technical experts from various regions of Kazakhstan. The Academy provides distance learning, classroom-based, on-site, and individual training.

The Limited Liability Partnership “Republican Academy for Technical Regulation, Standardization, Certification and Metrology” is an authorized partner of the international certification body PECB Group Inc. (Professional Evaluation and Certification Board) for personnel certification, accredited by IAS – the International Accreditation Service, a U.S.-based accreditation body. PECB is registered with the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and is recognized in 160 countries worldwide.

As a relatively young organization, the Academy has succeeded in securing a worthy position among leading educational institutions in the fields of technical regulation, standardization, metrology, and management systems.
